Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that long-term fees fell to 6.85% from 6.89% last week. A year ago, the price averaged 6.99%. The new law, signed to the law by Governor Ron Desantis, requires restaurant owners to notify customers of automated service charges, tips or operational charges.
