TALLAHASSEE – Federal immigration agents descended on a construction site of a new apartment near Florida State University Thursday morning. At least 30 people were arrested, zipped and restrained in a white bus with windows, waiting to be transported to an unknown facility. HIGHLAND COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A man has been charged with DUI manslaughter after a 16-year-old girl was killed in a head-on collision, Florida Highway Patrol said. At about 4pm on May 22, a Ford F350 driven by 44-year-old Thomas Rawlerson was moving in the wrong direction at the US 98, heading north in the southbound lane of the construction zone. In a federal lawsuit filed Tuesday in Illinois, Chicago-based Monderes said Aldi’s packaging was “highly likely to deceive and confuse customers,” threatening to irreparably harm Monderes and his brand.
