Floyd Dean Devasier, 63, rented a 26-foot panga boat from Key West Marina on Tuesday for two days and was returned by the end of the business day on Wednesday. Gavin Newsom, Attorney General Rob Bonta and other state officials, alleging that California’s agricultural regulations illegally burden the state’s national production and sales of eggs and poultry products. The lawsuit alleges that California law violates the supreme provisions of the U.S. Constitution by imposing additional requirements on out-of-state farmers.
