CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man has been arrested in two days after he said he dumped more than 500 pounds of garbage on the road for two days. The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said it received an illegal dumping report on Drennon Street, Port Charlotte on Tuesday morning. By the afternoon, detectives had identified the suspect as James Hutchison. James Hutchison confessed his confusion and cleaned it up.
