GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WFLA) – A “armed, barricade suspect” opened fire Tuesday morning at law enforcement near the University of Florida campus in Gainesville. The emergency warning sent to UF students and staff said it was fired near the Main UF Personnel Building, near Northwest 9th Avenue and West University Avenue.
