By Christopher Lugerber, Economics writer for the Associated Press WASHINGTON (AP) — The Federal Reserve’s priority inflation gauge checked high last month with signs that President Donald Trump’s widespread tariffs are beginning to raise prices on many products. Prices rose 2.6% in June compared to a year ago, the Commerce Department said Thursday that it had risen from its annual 2.4% pace in May. Josh Funk from AP Transportation Writer Military helicopter traffic through Washington has been a long-standing concern among aviators operating around the airport, where Army helicopters and commercial airlines collided this year, killing 67 people, federal agents heard in testimony Thursday. This is the second testimony in three days of witness testimony and public investigation by the National Road Safety Commission on a January air crash fall on the Potomac River. The board focused on air traffic control and on Thursday heard that it is common for pilots to use visual separation — essentially dependent on vision — just as Army…

Associated Press, by Josh Boak WASHINGTON (AP) — The US will win a 90-day negotiation period with Mexico on trade in trade as the tariff rate, part of the surge in trade on Thursday, is maintained with Mexico. Trump posted on his true social platform that a phone conversation with Mexican leader Claudia Sheinbaum is “increasingly successful, and we know and understand each other.” The Republican president had threatened a 30% tariff on goods from Mexico in a July letter. This is what Mexico said it could stop it for the next three months. “We have won 90 days to…
New construction homes often have better designs, modern features, and, according to many residents, a stronger sense of safety. However, not all new homes in Florida are as safe as residents expect. Home Security Company Vivint has investigated more than 1,000 US residents with FBI robbery data and revealed that many new residents believe their property is safe just because they have been built, but the robbery trends tell a different story. Americans underestimate the risk of invasion of new construction homes. Over half (53%) of new homeowners assume that their property is safe just because they are newly built,…

They own about 80 acres (32 hectares) and rent additional pastures. She said that she is still unable to make the financial investment needed to raise production, as land prices are rising, with maximum limits…

A new study from Santander US reveals that many middle-income Americans feel optimistic about their economic trajectory, but continue to tackle the uncertainty surrounding tariffs. A mid-June survey conducted in the morning consultation and released Monday found that 75% of middle-income Americans (who make between $53,000 and $161,000) believe they are on their path to financial prosperity.
