They really didn’t admit that they were doing it…and of course, it was food and something that didn’t “maintain” like a physical souvenir – t-shirts, pins, mugs, etc. ” But he points out, “It was approval, even if it was in the DL.”…

Matt Ott, AP Business News WASHINGTON (AP) – The average 30-year U.S. mortgage rate has fallen conservatively for the second consecutive week, but home borrowing costs remained increased. Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that long-term interest rates have returned from 6.85% to 6.84%. A year ago, the price averaged 6.95%. Mortgage rates are influenced by several factors, from the Federal Reserve’s interest rate policy decisions to bond market investors’ economic and inflation expectations. The important barometer is the 10-year Treasury yield. This is used by lenders as a guide to mortgage pricing. Treasury yields for 2010 were 4.38% at…

According to NASA, a continuous leak on the Russian side of the International Space Station has prompted an indefinite delay in human spaceflight planned from the Kennedy Space Center. Axiom Space was aiming to launch an AX-4 mission with four private astronauts this week on the SpaceX Falcon 9 on KSC’s launch pad 39-A, but was already facing delays due to the weather and liquid oxygen leaks on the rocket’s booster. However, SpaceX was ready to launch a static fire on Thursday to check for repairs on the booster, but NASA announced that a visit from Axiom Space has been…
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. By Mauricio Savarese and Eléonore Hughes Brazil, Brazil (AP) – Most of Brazil’s Supreme Court justice has agreed to hold social media companies liable for illegal postings by users. A top Brazilian court has decided to control two different cases to help them understand how to deal with social media companies as reports of fraud, child pornography and violence have become ramped online among teenagers. Critics warn that such measures could threaten freedom of speech as the platform preemptively removes content that could become an issue. Gilmer Mendes on Wednesday became the sixth of 11 court judges who vote to…

My previous spouse wants to split the equity 50/50, but I think I should keep the property for years and receive credit to pay off the mortgage.
