JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Five members of the Jacksonville-based drug lord have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine, federal prosecutors said. Aaron Jarvis McGee, 39, of Sumterville, and Jacksonville resident Shikita Rachelle James, 38, Johnny Angelo Pack, 50, Natra Antonio Jones, 33, Bobby Warren Harvey Jr., 28, acknowledged the role of conspiracy in the multikilogram distribution.
