TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The wife of Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez was arrested Monday, jail records show.
Robin Lynn retired Lopez, 50, was booked at the Lake County Jail, a facility where her husband is held on $1 million bonds, according to NBC affiliate WESH.

Records show that she was charged with a conspiracy to use money from an assault investment, a second felony.

Marcos Lopez was arrested earlier this month after being accused of being involved in an illegal gambling operation. The organization generated more than $21 million in illegal funds, state prosecutors said.
