Florida (WFLA) – A Florida man has been arrested after a Florida man was found wandering alone in the middle of a street near a “deplorable” Palm Coast home, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sunday, lawmakers said they received several 911 calls from their neighbors about a two-year-old walking in the middle of the street in their pyjamas and a very dirty diapers.
Witnesses said they saw the child in the front yard of a nearby house prior to the incident.
The neighbors took the child home, where they found the child’s father, 44-year-old Ross Judy, died in his bed, drunken bed.
Inside the house, investigators said they found “dangerous tools and trash” along with “defeated dogs with animal feces, filth and ears, a weakened dog with ears missing from the body.”

The lawmaker said the house was “deplorable living conditions,” and the bug was found swimming in the toilet water, “it was loaded with inches of cigarette ash until the sink was no longer visible inside the house.”
They also said that pill bottles were found scattered in the spare room.
“You shouldn’t live in a lamentable situation with adults who clearly don’t care about your happiness,” Sheriff Rick Staley said. “The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is not tolerant of anyone putting children or animals at risk, and we thank our residents for “looking and saying something” so that our deputies can intervene. ”
Judy was arrested on charges of child neglect without causing any major physical harm and abandoning any dead animals.
Judy is taken to Sheriff Perry Hall’s prisoner detention facility where she is held on $4,000 bonds.
