Sunday morning of violence in North Broward ended with a 4-year-old girl who was accused of being found at Walmart. Her mother, grandfather and neighbor were each shot and killed by Tamarak’s neighbor. The father of the child was then arrested for murder.
Mary Catherine Gingles was 34 years old. His father, David Posner, was 64 years old. Andrew Ferrin was 36 years old.
Gingles’ child, Seraphina Gingles, was found without causing any physical harm to Amber Alert within two hours, and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said that Nathan Gingles’ Silver 2016 BMW X3 at 7900 W. McNab Road, north Lauderdale when he discovered the Silver 2016 BMW X3 by Nathan Gingles, a Walmart. Deputies took Nathan Gingles, who was under a restraining order.
Broward Prison records show that Nathan Gingles was arrested for violating three counts of first-degree murder, one custody interference and one suppression order.
According to Broward County Court records, Seraphina’s custody parent Mary Gingles received a domestic violence control order against Nathan on February 9, 2024. The divorce proceedings began on February 20th. These will continue, but the first restraining order was rejected on July 10th. Mary Gingles received another domestic violence control order on December 30th. 19.
Around 6am Sunday, reports of the shooting brought lawmakers and Tamarak Fire Rescue to 5897 Plum Bay Parkway in Tamarak, Mary Ginles’ home, where Posner was shot on the rear patio. I discovered it.
About four hours later, an amber alert was issued for Seraphina, whom Mary also mentioned as a possible victim of aidation.
However, when deputies searched for Seraphina, the other deputies found Mary Gingles and Andrew Ferrin in a house across the street, both of which were shot and killed.
