ENGLEWOOD, Fla. (WFLA) – A naked man has been arrested after he said he indicted them and threatened bystanders, including a woman with a baby.
Deputies from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of public naked men screaming blasphemy and threatening women carrying babies, according to NBC affiliate WBBH.
This happened in the areas of Pracida Road and Florida Avenue.
WBBH said officers arrived at the scene and found 40-year-old Justin Gruber Miller screaming completely naked.
Deputies told reporters that when they approached him, Miller ignored them and continued walking through the park on Prasida Road before running towards nearby General Dollar.
The deputies followed Miller into the store and followed him twice after he continued to ignore the orders they had in their words. However, Miller escaped and ran through the parking lot, where more witnesses were present, including children.
Deputies said Miller would then be charged directly by his deputy and would forcefully run through the officers.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miller, who was charged with resisting violent arrests, a law enforcement officer battery and indecent revelation to the public.
