According to court documents, the man screamed inch from the pilot’s face, screaming and threatening him until law enforcement escorted him from the plane that landed on February 9.

Shortly after the plane left Miami, Lewis A. Baquero began harassing passengers and creating violent threats. He then faced a pilot, according to the US Lawyer’s Office in the New Jersey area.

Baquero, 27, of Passaic County, New Jersey, oc-chuckled Jewish passengers while the flight was in the air, directing a threat to disabled minors, prosecutors said.

According to prosecutors, when flight attendants did not provide alcoholic beverages to Baquero because the flight’s beverage service ended, Baquero told her.

His actions escalated after the plane landed at Newar Liberty International Airport and heard that authorities were in their way, prosecutors said.

The pilot announced that authorities would come to take passengers off the plane and asked other passengers to sit down, according to criminal charges.

Following the announcement, Baquero rose from his seat and pushed the road to the front of the plane, where he began knocking on the cockpit door, and before he reached the gate “screams the captain and curses,” the criminal charges stated. Masu.

According to the criminal charges, in one of several videos reviewed by law enforcement, Vaquero can be seen knocking on the door, demanding the name of the pilot and yelling screams.

“I need the pilots outside!” he cried out on the video, the criminal charges say.

He then heard that he was threatening to break the flight attendant’s jaw, according to the criminal charges.

After the pilot left the cockpit, prosecutors said Baquero confronted him and threatened him near his face before law enforcement intervened.

“In the course of the three-hour flight, Vaquero claimed he lost his temper and physically harassed not only the crew and captain but also the passengers,” FBI Newark said in a special case in charge of Terence G. Reilly. He said he was an agent.

“When an eyewitness slammed on the cockpit door and said he had confronted the pilot, it peaked with a horrifying attack and attempted to violate the flight deck.”

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Vaquero said he was arrested for invasion or threatening and interfering with a flight attendant through threats.

He was released from custody after appearing in federal court in Newark, prosecutors said.

“The recent tragic flights and other similar incidents on planes have created tension and fear in the flyers and crew,” Riley said. “FBI Newark has a warning to those who think it might not be a big deal. They break federal law and get put to trial.”
