A Florida lawyer who abandoned his client gave Florida Bar a pub in Ireland as his address

Miami lawyer Daryl Bobby Fenton aka Daryl Fenton aka Bobby Fenton has disappeared at least professionally, and Florida bar investigators found the cold trail while searching for Fenton.

Fenton, who had not competed in a client’s Criminal Court hearing, was kicked out of his apartment with a gorgeous highlight-rising popular with Instagram influencers. They also found a downtown pub in Miami Irish when investigators went to the Florida Bar record address in Fenton.

A Miami Herald call to his business number revealed that the line had been cut off.

Fenton was rejected by the state Supreme Court. This is a lawsuit that will come into effect on Saturday. He has been a member of a Florida bar since April 4, 2020 and managed to get into trouble even before he became a professional ghost.

It is not uncommon among lawyers to lag behind the requirements of continuous legal education (CLE), but Fenton was not eligible to practice in 2023 from November 15th to November 27th. That did not stop him from filing the case on November 21, 2023.

Fenton refused to answer the bar when he asked him to explain his point.

Where did Bobby go?

Fenton filed a notice of appearance with Richard Chardonnet on December 2, 2023. However, a report from the trial of the discipline case, Judge Stacey Glick said that he came at the trial on January 17, 2024, and that Chardonnet was standing alone at the defendant’s table.

“Mr. Chardonnet said he had not responded to the phone (Fenton), and he had not been contacted,” the judge’s report said. “Judge (Robin) Faber called the phone number for (Fenton’s) plea and the individual numbers listed in his bar member profile.”

There was no response to the email from Faber. Faber reset the trial on January 24th, 2024. Fenton didn’t appear either. Faber appointed official defender Mariano Corsilli to represent Chardonnet and reported Fenton to the bar.

“It was discovered during the course of the bar’s investigation that (Fenton) respondent listed a misleading address as his record-breaking address,” the judge’s report states.

Fenton’s address on his Florida bar profile is 91 NW First St, the address of Auld Dubliner Irish Pub & Kitchen.

Investigator Barr found the address of Fenton at the West Tower of River Landing Residence as Dr. 1480 NW North River as Miami-Dade Civil Court records, but Fenton was kicked out of the 2103 squad in April 2023.

Fenton did not answer Barr’s inquiries or participate in any part of the process that led to his rejection.
