In this episode, host David Bromstad shows Steve and Jennifer Clayman several beachside homes.
“Most of the time, people who live on RV roads use their inheritance to find locations near the beach in Melbourne, Florida,” according to the episode’s explanation. “They are looking for a hub where they can rest and store their gear, and now David Bromstad is looking for the perfect place.”

Space Coast residents first got the wind of an episode in December when Bromstad was found around town at a restaurant.

Who is David Bromstad?
Bromstad is the winner of HGTV Season 1 for HGTV “Design Star.” He also hosts “Beach Flip” and “Color Splash” on HGTV.
He is well versed in Florida and studied design at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota. Bromstad is also a former cast member of Walt Disney World, who worked as an illustrator.
