The Second Amendment Advocate considers executive action as the first step to maintaining the campaign, and commits to defending the right to maintain and endure weapons.

The executive order aims to promote safety, but may hinder the second amendment of law-abiding citizens from January 2021 to January 2025. and agency actions are being considered.
Within 30 days of the order, the Attorney General will consider all orders, regulations, guidance, plans, international agreements, and other litigation of the enforcement department and agency to continue infringement of the citizens’ second amendment rights. We proposed a plan of action to the President through our domestic policy advisor to assess and protect the second amendment of all Americans.”

“The survival of our second amendment is in the vote,” Trump said. “It’s necessary for safety.”
According to the order, the review includes rules issued by the Department of Justice and the Department of Alcohol, cigarettes, firearms and explosives (ATF). “Firearms and/or Federal Firearm Licensee Policy.”
FFL owners and gun rights activists complain that the ATF is using what is called “zero tolerance policies” to close as many gun dealers as possible.
Under this policy, the gundaller said he was exposed to losing his Federal Firearms License (FFL) through minor administrative errors in the ATF form.
The order also calls for a review of “reports and related documents issued by the White House Gun Violence Prevention Bureau.”
Biden opened the White House gun violence prevention office in September 2023. The office webpage was closed on the second day of Trump’s second day.
Second Amendment advocates welcomed the executive order as Trump’s first step in maintaining the campaign promise.
“The promise to law-abiding gun owners is kept by President Donald J. Trump,” said Doug Hamlin, executive vice president and CEO of the NRA.
“NRA members have proven in record numbers to secure his victory, so he is proof that they deserve their vote, faith and confidence on his first day.”
