Brandongraham, a 15 -year career, wants his triceps to be healed so that he can play in the third super bowl.
Brandongraham, the defender of Philadel Fear Eagles, said that he is doing as much as possible to play in the Super Bowl LIX.
Eagles announced on January 30 that it has opened a practice window to return from the wounded reserve. The 36 -year -old Graham, who suffered from the triceps torn in November, will play in the third Super Bowl and the final match in NFL. He previously announced his intention to retire after the season.
Graham said that his benchmark was at the level of his pain while working on his impressive techniques during his practice. He said that he worked for individual periods on Thursday and was looking forward to the team in charge during the practice on Friday. He walked around himself to prevent him from returning to his actions, adding that his injury was one of the easiest injuries facing his career.
Graham wears a brace that prevents his arms from stretching completely, but can bend his arms and shoot down during the strike. “I don’t feel any restrictions,” he said. “It’s a good balance, and what I have to do to prepare for this one game is (i) I can do it.”
Graham and team doctors decide whether he will participate in the field on February 9. Medical staff initially did not expect to play in the Super Bowl, but Graham proceeded steadily. He praised his massage therapist, his strict routine, and rested his muscles in the first month before increasing it. He said he would continue to increase much faster than planned and for the next few days.
In particular, Graham was excited to return to the field. So was his teammates.
“Everyone was imagined,” he said. “I just returned there, I would tell them to the boys. I am grateful that I have returned to the field at once.
He said that all the veterans in the 15th season could all play with Eagles at full speed and do not get in the way of their teammates.
“These people take off their ass at this moment. When the coach puts me in, I’m just trying to make it … … the person in charge of it If you go well, I can help you change the game a little. “
Even if he didn’t play, he said he would encourage the team and enjoy being a bystander. He had previously said he would retire after the 2024 season, but he was not ready to commit it.
“I know the risk,” Graham concluded. “But the reward will be very sweet.”
