These Tampa Bay residents have moved before the new hurricane season. They told us why. | June 1st
I’ll move away
Articles about people leaving the Tampa Bay Area have baffled me. Except for families moving the state to Melbourne, all those interviewed have moved to places that ensure they experience harsh winds, slippery roads, icy sidewalks and long gray stretches. Instead of being miserable in Indiana or Pennsylvania for six months, they sometimes take chances with hurricanes. So in 1994, he chose to move from Pennsylvania to West Florida.

The United States must continue to provide malaria aid. Investment pays itself|column| May 21st
Freeze our assistance
Malaria Support agrees to strengthen America’s position by maintaining partnerships, promoting economic stability and creating a market for US services. Improvement of global health is effective as American soldiers risk getting sick and returning to the US.
However, the recent freeze in US international aid has put the health of vulnerable countries struggling with extreme poverty at risk. The suspension of foreign aid programs has halted critical health services, including life-saving programs, even targeted malaria.
Faced with closures, health centers affect malnourished individuals and medical staff who have no longer income. This disruption could put the stability of the US economy at risk, causing the nation to spin around for support from enemies like China, threatening the US alliance.
Organizations like the Borgen Project advocate for a freeze on humanitarian aid. The Borgen project urges individuals to reach out to representatives to advocate for the restoration of humanitarian aid. Because its role is important for both national security and global stability.
The column correctly emphasizes the importance of malaria aid, but it is important to look at the big picture, as other serious illnesses like polio and hepatitis A are equally harmful. By reversed the freeze, we ensure that the United States is reliable in the global battle against extreme health challenges and improve the US economy and security.

Florida’s condominium market is in danger. Can the new law help? | June 3rd
Special protection
Florida insurance mediators have taken their duties from the Department of Financial Services, and have seen first-hand how catastrophic special assessments can be made for apartment owners, especially if they are not properly insured.

A special assessment is an unexpected fee that the Condominium Association can charge after major repairs, damage caused by storms, or legal fees not covered by the Association’s master policy. These costs are often passed directly to the unit owner. This is a total of several thousand dollars per owner.
That’s where the scope of loss valuation begins. It is also known as special evaluation insurance.
I own a unit at Regatta Beach Club in Clearwater. Like many Florida condos, reserves are limited and the risk of hurricanes is high. Without this additional insurance, owners may be forced to cover large, unexpected bills from their pockets.
The scope of the loss assessment does not apply to poor planning or postponed maintenance, but it is useful in the event of a disaster or legal liability. Many owners, especially those who do not live on the site, are unaware that this type of coverage exists until it is too late.
If you own a Florida condo, we recommend checking the policy, asking your agents about this report and checking the association’s financial health. A small investment today can prevent a significant economic setback tomorrow.
Smart insurance is not just about your unit, but about what your association may send your way.

Please don’t surrender
This is the frequency with which a civil servant announces that he has chosen “Incorrect on the part of caution” when deleting a book from the library.
How exhilarating it is to see them wrong on the alternative side. What about the freedom aspect? Or the aspect of the first fix? Or the one who makes people choose what to read?
Choosing to make a mistake on the part of attention is to surrender to the fascist and follow in advance.

O, Superman, where are you? My 52 years of votes in the presidential election include support from Nixon, Ford, Carter, Mondale, HW Bush, HW Bush, Bill Clinton, Gore, Kelly, McCain, Obama, Hillary Clinton, Biden and Harris. ideologue? no. Occasional errors? Yeah. This is life, living and learning.
It is necessary to have a group of people working collaboratively working together to design, plan, coordinate and implement the construction of the home, and we will be at the helm and coordinate with the end goal in mind as needed. One day, one person takes one person with a destruction ball to take the same house to the mountain of tile rubs. That applies to building anything.
Truth, justice, and the American way? Most people agree. The Superman film will be appearing in July. Will the real Superman appear for us? O Brothers, sisters, association, where are you? On the other hand, the ideals of truth, justice, and the American way depend on us. Let’s roll towards that goal.
