A house with an aquarium is not unique. But what about the 650-gallon arched saltwater aquarium walking downstairs to enter the living room?

“It was custom made for this space and I think it was a $150,000 aquarium that put it in,” said listing agent Khalif Hezera, along with Prime Minister Sotheby’s International Realty. “It’s definitely one of the most unique things I’ve ever seen in my home period. No bar.”

According to GrowthSpotter, it offers five bedrooms, six bathrooms, six bathrooms, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The seller has owned the location for over a year and has taken advantage of over $350,000 improvements.

“It’s very bright and there’s a lot of natural sunlight there. The Lakefront Living symbolizes what everything is in Windermere or Central Florida,” Hezera said. “It’s really, really spectacular and ready.”

This is the second time Hazera has recently sold the house.

“The (seller) moved for work, and that’s the only reason he sells. He made all these improvements and now someone else will enjoy it, but he hasn’t had the opportunity to enjoy it on his own.”

Some of the updates included new windows and doors, kitchen, landscaping and paint.

One thing that hasn’t changed much since the house was built in 2008 is the theatre room, and Hezera said it was his favorite feature in the house. It includes milled eucalyptus wood features, a dual sub-zero wine fridge and a star-surrounded ceiling.

“It’s very expensive, it’s over $500,000 in that cinema alone, soundproofing, lighting, screens, everything there is. It’s very, very well done,” he said. “There’s never a reason to go to the cinema. It’s really exceptional.”

An elevator with clear railings and stairs pass through the tokonoma.

A similar clear barrier is part of the balcony.

“You can see a panoramic view of Warson Bay and the (home) flows really, really well,” explained Hezera.

The Smart Home System controls everything from window coverings to lights and pool features.

“It all can be controlled from a variety of wall panels that look like a cell phone or a mini iPad throughout the house.”

Hezela said the location of the house was the first thing that attracted buyers.

The pool and landscaping were upgraded by sellers who lived in the house for about a year. (Photo taken by photograph)

“Being in Worson Bay on 2nd Avenue is a big draw for people who love the lake lifestyle butter chain but don’t want to be in the neighborhood with HOA.

Another plus was the total $85,000 dock that the owner put in.

“Sellers never had the opportunity to use it or enjoy it, so it was brand new and it was a huge attraction.”
