Four women accused controversial social media influencers of being affected by sexual violence.
Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate has been accused of having a gun in the woman’s face before saying, “You’re going to pay, as I say, as you say, whether it should be paid.”
Documents from the case surfaced Thursday, filed in the UK High Court by four women who alleged Tate used sexual violence.
One of the claimants claimed that in 2015 he grabbed her with his throat multiple times, attacked her with a belt, and pointed a gun in her face.
The woman said that if Tate “speaks back to her or says something he doesn’t like, he will squeeze her or grab her by the throat… She said she loved him and apologized for what he was asking for.”
She said he and his brother Tristan Tate “played a good cop and a bad cop to manipulate her.”
The documents also alleged that Tate “had a weapon, including a firearm that was often pointed at her,” and that he “showed her that he wanted to kill someone if possible.”
In responses submitted by influencer’s attorneys, he said that the initial claimant’s explanation was “manufacturing” and “pack of lies.”
The second complainant allegedly in 2015 Tate strangled her while having sex, “makes it very clear that she is ‘he’.
The third woman claims that the influencer said, “I’ll just debate whether I’ll rape you or not.” Having sex without her consent in 2013 is saying, “Who do you belong to?”
The final claimant claims that Tate strangled her while having sex until her death in 2014, stating phrases such as “I own you” and “I’ll kill you.”
In response to allegations by the four women, Tate said the allegations against him were “false” and “were not controlled and did not act as if he was controlled.”
The four women who filed allegations of rape and sexual assault on Tate have filed civil suits against him in the High Court in 2019 after the prosecutor’s office decided not to indict him.
Three of the UK accusers were subject to investigations by Hertfordshire Constabrary, which was closed in 2019.
In Romania, the Tate brothers face allegations of trafficking minors, sexual intercourse with minors, and money laundering.
Another lawsuit against them, where they are accused of human trafficking and human trafficking that forms women of sexual exploitation, has been sent back to prosecutors.
The pair will be handed over to the UK after the Romanian case was concluded after Bedfordshire Police secured a European arrest warrant for further separate allegations of rape and human trafficking involving different women.
These allegations that the brothers “explicitly denies” date back to 2012 and 2015.
