LPGA golfer Pola Creamer flips Isleworth Mansion for $6.175m – Orlando Sentinel

LPGA golfer, Pola Creamer and former baseball player Shane Kennedy have flipped Windermere’s investment property for $675 million after adding a resort-style pool and “entertainment wings.”

The 8,203-square-foot home at Worsham Court in Isleworth sold for more than twice the purchase price in 2022 last week, but the pair spent millions on renovations.

“It’s beautiful, very modern and lovely fixtures. They added over 2,000 square feet, most of which were entertainment wings on one side of the house,” said Michelle Corbin, luxury properties specialist at Isleworth Realty.

According to public records, the buyer is Francis Webster.

The entertainment area features a bar and a second kitchen near the outdoor kitchen near the stunning pool.

“There was no pool before. The previous owners had it all. (Creamer and Kennedy) took it all out and revamped it,” Corbin explained. “There’s a fire pit in the center of the pool. It’s fun. We had 14 real estate agents at the broker’s opening.”

The house was built in 2003. Creamer and Kennedy purchased the property for $2.6 million in 2022, completing the renewal in 2024, spending at least $2 million on what Corbin estimates. The couple worked with Sorenson Construction for the project.

“They were actually remodeling it to sell,” Corbyn told Growthspotter, adding that no one has lived in the house since the renovation.

Kennedy retired from baseball in 2018 after playing for several minor league MLB baseball teams. Creamer won the 2010 US Open and won 12 LPGA Tour wins. In 2024, she served as vice captain of the US team that won the Solheim Cup.

Corbyn said the location of the house will help attract buyers.

“The Lake Butler side is very quiet. It’s on a dead end. Privacy is a good reason to be there.”

The addition also included a huge wardrobe from the primary suite.

“It was definitely bigger than my first apartment,” Corbyn said with a laugh. “Anyone who has a collection of shoes, a collection of wallets, that’s definitely a shortpper.”

But it’s just one of two big closets in the room.

“There was something a little more masculine with dark panels for the cabinets, and the lighting in that room was a little more masculine,” she said.

There is also a coffee bar with a sink and fridge near the closet.

“That’s where I drink my wine and try all my clothes.”

The home will have 5 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, including a new guest suite with a separate entrance and its own coffee station.

“It’s so gorgeous, your stepmother will never leave.”

Even with all the amenities, the layout is Corbin’s favorite about the house.

“The primary suite and office are on one side of the house. Then the second floor is a centralized location with the entertainment side with my mother in law,” she explained. “The flow of the house is really lovely. The primary is very isolated and private.”

The home was originally listed for $6.9 million in July 2024, and was cut to $6.65 in September, closing to $6.175 ($753 per square foot).

“I think we are very pleased with the (selling) price. All sellers are trying to maximize pricing,” Corbin said. “It’s going back and forth between negotiations to see where we landed. I think the square foot price is really reasonable.”

Creamer sold another Windermere House on Laurel Valley Drive in September 2020 and lives in an Isleworth home that he now owns in Kennedy.
