“We will continue to make sure that these dirt bags have been removed from the streets of America and are facing justice,” a DHS spokesperson said.
“In less than 100 days, the Trump administration arrested 394 members of Tren de Aragua, a vicious gang known for human trafficking, lure, drug trafficking and other heinous acts that terrorize the American community,” DHS said.
“This has allowed the government’s overall approach to dismantle this criminal terrorist gang,” the agency said.
“Members of this malicious terrorist gang are responsible for the brutal attack and murder of nursing student Raiken Riley and 12-year-old Joselyn Nungarei,” DHS said.

Gonzalez had an arrest warrant for the kidn, but he wants first-degree murder. He lured three women, took them to an alley and charged after the incident on January 28th, where he was accused of shooting them in the head. Two of the victims died, while the third survived.
Judicial Action
Trump recently issued a presidential declaration calling the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 to speed up the deportation of Venezuelans who are gang members over the age of 14 and are not US citizens or legal permanent residents.
Boasberg subsequently issued an order granting class action certification to all non-citizens in the United States subject to President Trump’s declaration.
Alien enemy laws are rarely used laws that allow foreigners to be deported from the United States immediately during invasions or wars.
According to the declaration, “The evidence demonstrates that (Tren de Aragua) continues to invade, continue to invade, invade, and threaten to invade the United States and try to invade the country.
On March 18, a coalition of 26 Republican state attorney generals presented an outline of Amicus to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, supporting the president’s efforts.
The brief called for the restraining order to be lifted, claiming that Trump’s decision to invoke the alien enemy law was based on clear statutory and constitutional authority.
“Why did this law essentially be signed in the dark and these people essentially rush to the plane?” he asked Drew Ensign, referring to Venezuelan citizens that they were being deported.
Ensign said deportation follows US law and that illegal immigrants can freely challenge the legality of arrests. Almost 300 Venezuelans suspected of being members of Tren de Aragua were deported last week under Trump’s declaration.
