Kaka, an internationally renowned former footballer who had three seasons of stints with Orlando City, sold his Isleworth mansion on a sideyard soccer field for $4.35 million.
The 6,665-square-foot home is located on a 0.7-acre lot at 5410 Monterry Club Ct. Isleworth has 6 bedrooms and a 7.5 bathroom. The home, which was sold in late February, overlooks parts of the Isleworth Golf & Country Club and offers spectacular views of private waters that are not accessible by the Lake Butler chain.
“This house is truly unique for its incredible environment. It sits on a quiet cul-de-dead cul-de-de-sac with the breathtaking views of an hourglass, creating a sense of peace and privacy that is difficult to find.”

“What really stands out for me is the perfect balance of luxury and comfort,” Martins said. “Six spacious bedrooms allow you to easily host family and friends without getting crowded. The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a summer kitchen and an oversized pool that’s perfect for fun. And the lower level is a hidden gem. It has a cozy kitchen and billiards room, which is an ideal place to relax. Everything about this house feels like a hideaway.”
The three-storey residence also features a small synthetic soccer field hidden beside the house.
“Whether you have kids who love to play or enjoy kicking the ball around you, it’s a really fun addition to being able to use it all year round, with the hassle of keeping the natural grass. And the atmosphere at sunset? It’s absolutely magical,” Martins said.

The house was built in 2003 and was home to Bob Vanderwide, the son-in-law of Rich DeVos, former CEO of Orlando Magic and former magic owner.

Kleysson Braga of WRA Real Estate represents buyers, an entity associated with a Brazilian company called Plataforma Internacional. Pabloc Marcal, a businessman with an estimated net worth of $35 million, owns the company. Markal is also known for making many fortunes by selling personal online development courses and becoming mayor of Sao Paulo in 2024.
Kaka, the name of Ricardo Leit, has been performed in Real Madrid and AC Milan and was named one of Time’s 100 most influential people in 2008 and 2009. He won the World Cup with the Brazilian national team in 2002 and received the annual award recognising the best soccer player in the world.

Following the success of his stint in Europe, Kaka spent the final year of his career in Orlando City between 2015 and 2017. Last July, Orlando City honored the superstar by naming it the first inductee of “Legends ‘Terrace,” a permanent display at Inter & Co Stadium, honoring the most influential player in the club’s decade-old history.
Kaka bought the Isleworth home in 2015 for $3.4 million shortly after signing with Orlando City in 2015.

Isleworth is one of Central Florida’s most popular upscale communities. Many well-known athletes either live or currently live in the community, including Tiger Woods and former NBA stars Shaquille O’Neal, Vince Carter, Grant Hill, Jamie Nelson and Tony Snell.
Last year, 9306 Blanch Cove Dr.’s Allworth Mansion was designed for Snell, which sold for $13 million, representing the third largest home deal at Orlando Market in 2024. Woods sold the Isleworth home to fellow professional golfer Baba Watson in 2013.
