I’m being checked as I need to travel from Eustis to Orlando for medical procedures and I can’t find anyone willing to carry me to the hospital and wait for the end of the procedure before returning home. You’d think there’s some form of transportation in this area. I have tried surfing the internet, but can’t think of anything.
If you could call it, I’m so tired of my daughter’s housekeeping. Her house is always messy, with dirty countertops, tabletops, dirty floors and toilets. If something is on the floor, she pushes it away rather than picking it up. Tell your kids that you can become slobs too! Your husband is tired of you too, but he does his best to clean up. What do you do all day?
To those who complained about the high prices at the Strawberry Festival. Your latest comments are attacking people who have made negative comments about your experience. Well, you’ve made it a business for everyone I filed a public complaint in the local newspaper!
I’m etched into the nasty business practices of a national company with an office in Orlando. I contacted this company to make sure I had a 62-foot gutter guard installed in my home. The initial estimate from the sales representative was $6,000. After some “discounts,” he came up with a final price of $4,200. I told him to forget it, I told him I wouldn’t be willing to pay for it. He asked what I had in mind and I said the price under $1,000. He told me to call to talk to his “manager.” After advising the “manager” about the conversation, the “manager” gave me a price of $940. I said it was okay at first, but then I realized I felt really bad about what happened and cancelled the transaction. Some poor souls probably paid $4,200. These sales tactics are horrifying and this is a company that has been highly rated by the Better Business Bureau!
