These violations included dishwashers that were not adequately chlorine-free, cockroach activity, and food held at the wrong temperature. The second test was conducted on March 4th. Cuisine LLC, popular Caribbean restaurant, 4897 W. Colonial Dr., in Orlando, on March 5th. Inspectors discovered nine violations. The second test was conducted on March 7th. There were three violations, but none of them have a high priority. The restaurant met the inspection criteria.
The Jersey Mike submarine at Dr. 2100 Edgewater in Orlando was closed on March 5th. Inspectors discovered nine violations. A second inspection on the same day revealed that the restaurant was not compliant with emergency orders. The third test was conducted on March 7th. The inspector discovered five violations. Authorities issued an extension of time for that. On the same day, authorities discovered two violations during the fourth, final inspection. There were two violations, but neither was given priority. The restaurant met the inspection criteria.
Osceola
Food Truck’s Loco Burgers LLC features #4817 with VIN #4817, located at 2842 E. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, on March 4th. Inspectors discovered seven violations. These violations included stop sales on drinks with no running water, raw foods that were not isolated from ready-to-eat foods, and foods that were not in healthy condition. The second test was conducted on March 6th. There were no violations. The restaurant was urgent order compliant.
Seminole
The cafe closed on March 7th at 2101 S. French Avenue in Sanford. Inspectors found 16 violations. Two of them were priorities for rodent activity and foods held at wrong temperatures. Both have been fixed on-site. The second test was conducted on the same day. There were 12 violations, but none of them have a high priority. The restaurant needs follow-up tests and has reopened. It is not an immediate threat to the public.
Volsia
Stroud’s Daytona Lagoon at 601 Earl St., Daytona Beach, closed on March 3rd. Inspectors found 15 violations. These violations included rodent activity, food halt sales due to temperature abuse, and inappropriately stored toxic substances. The second test on March 4th found six violations and received an extension of time for food held at the wrong temperature. The restaurant met the inspection criteria.
Bethune Blvd Grill by 731 Mary McLeod Bethune Blvd. Daytona Beach closed on March 3rd. Inspectors discovered 10 violations, only one of which was a priority for foods held at the wrong temperature. The second test was conducted on March 4th. Inspectors found three violations, none of which were rated as high priority. The restaurant met the inspection criteria.
Dales Ales Restaurant at 2400 N. Volusia Ave. in Orange City closed on March 4th. Inspectors found 13 violations.
