Drunk noodles have been a bestseller in KaiAsian Street cuisine since this beloved eatery opened its first door set in Winter Park, but are about to get a hand-striped upgrade from the Red Panda Noodle gang.

Tomorrow (March 12th), at the Oviedo Food Factory location in Kai, drunken noodles lovers will experience the same wavy textures that RPN fanatics enjoy with their famous food truck favorites, including garlic noodles and bourbon chicken dishes, spicy curry chicken cutlet lamens that have won spicy curry chicken cutlet lamens.
Kaichef/owner Quan Van and past Ramen Rumble winner Quan Van are excited for guests to experience the bar’s upbringing.

“Red panda noodles enhance the dish at all levels. I love to appreciate texture, taste and freshness and support other local businesses,” says Van. The one that has not leveled up is the price, and remains at $15. “Same price, better noodles, starting on Wednesday, March 12th.”

Red Panda Noodle Chef/Co-Owner Elliot Hillis and his team are also excited by the prospects.
“We’ve been studying the process of making noodles for a long time,” he says.
The freshness of the wavy mafardin style noodles will greatly improve the quality of the already solid dishes, he says.
“Everything about drunk noodles has always been handmade except for noodles, so this completes the circle,” says Hillis. “If you recognize red panda noodles, you’ll recognize us with this dish.”
If the plate works, Van says – and he doubts it will – you could also see red panda noodles at Kai’s Winter Park location. and so on.
