Collier County, Fla. (WFLA) – Three people have been arrested and playing donuts in an alligator alley after more than 25 high-performance vehicles were found to be speeding, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

On February 22, around 4pm, FHP responded to reports that a stop vehicle and a helicopter were flying at low elevations to obtain footage of the I-75.

According to FHP, the five SUVs were parked shoulder-by-shoulderly with the travel lanes of the I-75.

Several people stood outside the car, but a bright green sports car doughnuts left behind thick smoke and visible haze.

More than 25 sports cars were speeding north as troopers responded to the incident, FHP said.

The troopers stopped a bright green Porsche GT3 911 in the parking lot in the recreation area where Scott Libach, who identified himself as arrested, was arrested.

At this time, the drivers of vehicles that are merely described as “Camera Guy” remain unknown.

Additional troopers responded to a street takeover on February 22 at 4:09pm, which was happening in the northbound lane of I-75.

According to FHP, the troopers saw the blue Porsche making an illegal U-turn with the mile marker 65. This is a prohibited U-turn spot.

The trooper stopped the Porsche and was later determined that the car was not registered.

Porsche was locked up and 39-year-old driver, Fati Rushed, was issued a misdemeanor notice to appear before court, FHP said.

The trooper saw the two-door 2024 Blue Ferrari SF90 race with multiple exotic vehicles on the I-75 around 4:19pm

According to FHP, the Ferrari didn’t have a license tag displayed and was clocked at 148 mph per hour in the 70 mph zone.

A traffic stop has begun and driver Andrew Mumtaz Tadras has been arrested from New York.
