Three people were killed in a shooting that occurred around noon on February 21 in Louisville, Kentucky, authorities confirmed in an email to the Epoch Times.
The incident took place outside the Driver License Regional Office in the Parking Lot. There, police arrived to find three victims with gunshot wounds.
